Childcare in Mid Sussex

| Hi my name is Allie, I am 30 years old, living in Burgess Hill looking to work evenings weekends, overnight & school holidays. I am qualified in childcare, development and education and DBS checked, and recently have had a separate second DBS check enabling me to provide respite foster care to babies. I am also CPR trained in babies, children and adults. All certification available on request. I have been a Special Ed Teaching Assistant for 10 years and have worked 1-1 with a boy with severe disabilities for 3 years -quadriplegic cerebral palsy, dystonia/low tone, unable to regulate his body temperature by himself and is hoisted for personal care so am well established with a range of equipment and therapies. Alongside this I have plenty of experience with ADHD, speech and language difficulties and complex behaviour issues, in which I have also worked on a one to one basis. I have worked in 4 nurseries and 3 schools. I have babysat for various families in the area children from 1 month to 11 years. I look forward to hearing from you!

| I am an early retired primary school teaching assistant with a now grown up son, looking to work with children of all ages. I am versatile and apply the highest care and standards to whatever job I do. I am English but speak fluent Spanish. I have years of experience as a Mum, carer, teaching assistant.. I'm reliable and organised and above all, have common sense, kindness and love a bit of fun! Our children are precious to us and I am happy to meet up with parents prior to working, for reassurance and peace of mind. I have a City and Guilds qualification in supporting teaching and learning and an enhanced DBS certificate. I worked as a volunteer at 2 primary schools before qualifying in 2014. Prior to this, I ran a workshop in a home for people with learning difficulties where I helped them develop independent social and creative skills. I home schooled my son who is now in college and hoping to progress to university afterwards. Plenty of hands-on, current childcare experience with nieces and nephews ranging from 1 to 25 years old - from caring for the youngest, to tutoring / mentoring the oldest! I can teach English language, Literature and Spanish to children who want help with homework or wish to learn.
