| my childcare experience is mostly found in the classroom but covers ages 4-10 including children with special needs. my role in schools is similar to my role out of the classroom; being a calming presence the children can seek assistance and support from.

| My name is Daisy and Im 20 years old, currently studying psychology at the university of Bath. I have a real passion for working with children, prior to beginning my studies I worked at a nursery for 2 years, with children aged 1 to 5. If needed, I can send a reference and attach my cv. Since starting my degree I have really missed working with children, hence am hoping to get back to it as a part time job now. | Since completing my childcare/early years course (CACHE Level 3 Diploma) I have worked for various local families providing nannying and babysitting services. From a young age I wanted to pursue a career working with children and when it came to choosing my career path I knew it would be as a Nanny, as it is a profession that I am ideally suited to. | I am currently working in a nursery setting and have been working here nearly 3 years. I work with the toddlers (2) and have also worked in the baby and pre school room. I have also had a fair bit of other experience when it comes to working with children, as I have studied child care since school I have had to do work experience, I have done over 800 hours of work experience working with a varied age range, I have worked with 6 months- 10 year olds. I have also babysat a few times for a child who has now turned 4 years old. I am very passionate about working with children as it has always been something I have enjoyed to do, I love being able to help children in times of need and to be able to help them to progress further on in their developmental stages, I am a very caring and loving person, with a calm nature and enjoy the energy and spirit that the children bring.
