| My name is Eden, I have recently graduated Teesside university where I gained a degree in Early childhood studies. I have a current DBS check and I am due to start my primary school teacher training in September. I have worked in both primary schools as a student teacher and a nursery as an early years practitioner. I am confident in the kitchen where I can make balanced meals for all children and have experience with newborn children up to the age of 13. I am a non-smoker and have access to my own vehicle with a clean driving license so I am able to get to and from the location easily as well as being able to take the children out.

| I began working with children in 2019 when I lived as an au pair in France for over a year and a half. The families I worked with used a Montessori-inspired approach and I also came to follow this methodology, reading books and articles about holistic childcare during this time. Now I have moved back to the UK and over the past year I have been working as a regular babysitter as well as working as a home-carer for elderly disabled people. I am a patient, kind and compassionate person who loves spending time with children! I am used to holding safe and fun space for children aged between 9 months - 10 years. I tend to lean towards a child-led approach, following the inspirations of the young person while ensuring everyone is safe and their needs are met. I find imaginative and creative play indoors as well as outdoors to be an especially positive way to spend time with kids and I am open and receptive to learn about the unique preferences of each individual/ family.

| I babysat for my cousins children from the age of 14 when the youngest one was 6 months old and the oldest one was 4, i loved every minute of it! they always ask now if their parents can go out just so i can babysit for them! i watch films with the kids, let them both have an hour with their tablets before bed and always put them to bed at the time i was given. i would make them some tea and one treat for the night.
