| Experienced ex nhs employee having 15 years exp with a further 15+ as a care team leader. My role as a nursing care coordinator with the countess trust was challenging and extremely rewarding. Exp to high standard of care/ compassionate and professional at all times. In 2018, I decided to leave the Nhs to work on my own business which has proven to be successful. I would like to broaden my skills to helping families with children. Qualifications - Advanced Apprenticeship in health & social working with children and young people. Disclosure barring certificate, Business insurance and full clean driving licence with business insurance. Safeguarding with children level 3, Paediatric first aid course booked, on completion I will become Ofsted registered.

| I have a few months of babysitting experience, where I looked after my aunt’s three children aged 2, 5, and 7 while my aunt and her husband were stuck in Spain during the COVID-19 pandemic. I cared for the kids for three months, managing everything from supervising them, keeping them entertained with fun and educational activities, and helping with their homeschooling, to preparing meals and following their bedtime routines. Even though I don't have tons of formal experience, I’m really good at staying calm and positive, and I can handle multiple things at once, whether it’s making sure the kids are safe, keeping them entertained, or helping them with daily tasks. I also love being around children, which made it easier for me to bond with them and keep them happy and comfortable while their parents were away.
