a caring responsible young adult
|
during school i took part in a subject called sport leadership, this involved leaving school campus to attend primary schools and nursery’s to teach games and sports activities to young children aged 3+ i would teach the children how to build teamwork skills and how to share and treat peers with care, it benefited them as it made them aware on how important it is to work as a team and how to treat others with respect along with it being a fun learning experience for them, they weee able to express themselves freely and i always made sure they felt comfortable around me and could come to me with any problems they wanted to share. this helped me build a stronger knowledge in understanding children and the pace they learn and grow at. i have also babysat many times for family since turning 16 and it has overall taught me so much , from knowing what needs the child has and how to understand their emotions wether it may be frustrated, happy , upset , or tired.
