| I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic young woman who has been working as a Youth worker for two years. I have great people skills and I’m experienced in working with children and teenagers with a range of simple and complex needs but most importantly I love this work and find it extremely rewarding . I am eager to learn and can adapt to any environment. I am ppen-minded and non-judgmental and used to working under pressure and dealing with a wide range of responsibilities at short notice and I am also comfortable working independently, using use my own initiative and creativity. I am passionate about child development and having a relational working practice - I am eager to get to know the children I work with and support them for who they are and who they are growing to be.

| I have often been in a place of care for younger children since about 12 as I have a large family, I have also lived abroad where I lived with a family and cared for 3 boys ages from 4-12 which was learning experience for both me and the children as I had to learn Spanish alongside helping them with English and keeping on-top of basic schooling over the holidays, I had to come up with activities daily to keep 3 separate age ranges entertained which could be challenging some days but at the end of the day was worth it as I could see the positive outcome it had on the children’s experience
