After School Care Maryport

| I am a qualified teaching assistant, with several years experience. I am also the mother of 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son . They are now 25yrs, 22yrs and 19yrs and I brought them up as a single parent. My present job involves working with children aged between 3 and 12 yrs, for an after school and holiday club.

| I am a caring, patient and experienced Nanny who possess excellent references, an enhanced DBS and PVG Scotland. I am also fun, creative, with good organisational skills and the ability to make a child confident, safe and happy. I always work following the EYFS and I have a great understanding of children's needs and development in different areas. I help families issues such as difficult behaviour, anxiety separation, sleep problems, potty training or bed-wetting. I enjoy and have a great rapport with babies and children of different ages and they seem to enjoy my company - which is such an amazing feeling! I work typically planning activities according to the age and following the family routine and encouraging good habits. Taking them to appropriate age activities outdoor, after school classes, indoor activities such as painting, play-doh, art crafts or just walking to the park, playing football, driving to playgroups/sensory rooms; these are part of my everyday life with them. I am very proud of the feedback I have from the families I have supported, especially when I am able to guide and help when they come to me with a particular challenge. Comfortable with dogs, but unfortunately allergic to cats.
