| I’m Rosie, 22 years old and I am based in Chertsey. If you need one off or short-term nannying or babysitting, I can help! I have just finished a year living in Finland. There I worked as a Au Pair to a family that had two children, the oldest was three and a half when I left and the youngest was about to turn two. This was a very flexible job but my general responsibilities were getting the kids up and dressed in the morning, giving them breakfast and taking them to nursery. In the afternoon I would pick them up, cook dinner and play with them. About once a week I would also bath them and put them to bed. I did general housekeeping, laundry for the children, keeping their room and play areas clean and tidy. Keeping the kitchen clean. This family had three big dogs so I am very used to having pets around. I would often be responsible for feeding and taking them out. I am keen to keep structure at home which means after school is homework and reading club at our table where we all join in and learn different subjects followed by a cooking lesson in which the children help most days. My 5 children are 20, 18, 9, 8 and 5 and 14 niece's and nephew's which i have helped with over the years. I have no professional qualifications in childcare, I have 12 gcse grades b to d Art Drama History French Textiles English lan and lit Maths Double Science Pe and Re and a distinction in gnvq art and design. I have held a first aider card in the past and am looking to renew this. I have been DBS checked for my childrens primary school to enable me to help there and that is still in date and will be renewed in April.
