After School Care Buntingford

| Hi I am a German native speaker, fluent in English and I have been working as nanny and maternity nanny for more than 10 years. Throughout that time I have taken care of children of all ages but primarily with infants and toddlers and infant twins from the age of 9 weeks. Back in Germany I was a scout leader for cubs (aged 7-11). I have a paediatric first aid certificate and the German "JuLeiCa", a certificate for children and youth group leaders. I am a friendly, loving, caring, organised, trustworthy, reliable, and responsible person. I like setting up fun, engaging and educational activities at home, providing a warm and caring environment for the children where they feel free to explore. I have always enjoyed taking the children to outings, such as playgroups, libraries, playgrounds, after school activities, or baby swimming courses in order for them to socialise with others. In some families I also worked as travel nanny, accompanied the children to visit their grandparents in Paris, or the family on national and international holiday trips. *at the moment I’m only available for occasional babysitting Friday evening/ Saturday/ Sunday*

| I have previously completed a year of nursing at the University of Lincoln, and currently completing a BA in English Literature. I am skilled in housework, bathing, cooking (I have a 8 in Food Technology from GCSE). I love enabling children to learn and grow through helping them with homework and physical activity. Whilst completing my Duke of Edinburgh award, I volunteered at my childhood primary school with after school clubs such as homework help, dancing, and sports activities. I love reading, both to myself and to others, as well as arts and crafts (I have my own painting set which the children can use!) If you need any help with odd jobs that you are unable to do, such as cleaning the house, washing, etc- I would be more than willing to help as I know how tough it can be to be a parent sometimes!

| I'm Rita and I'm 24 years old. I usually look after both of my little cousins, aged 6 and 8, we either go to the park or do fun activities at home. I worked as a Kids Club Leader at a Resort during Summer. I worked the whole day, doing morning, afternoon and night activities. During mornings or afternoons, we would do activities from tie-dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts, hide and seek, etc. At night I would give the children dinner and afterwards, we would usually watch a movie. For 2 months I worked as a part-time nanny at a household with 4 children aged from 2 to 10. I would assist them with homework and play with them after school. At night I would put them all to bed. A few years ago, I volunteered as a teaching assistant at a nursery, with kids aged 2-4. I would do morning activities that were already planned, give them lunch and put them to sleep for nap time. I have done more babysitting jobs but these are usually my responsibilities when I am babysitting.

| I am first aid trained, have a roll over dbs check, full driving license and ofsted registered! I have unfortunately lost my previous nanny role due to the current climate. I was a nanny for three wonderful girls ranging from 4-10. My role consisted of light housekeeping, school runs, meals, activities and after school clubs. Before becoming a nanny I worked as a teaching assistant in a year 2 class, I realised from this job that I desperately wanted to spend time with children and not be split 30 ways. Being a nanny I am able to give my all to a smaller number of children.

| Hello! My name is Ornella. I earned a in psycho-pedagogical diploma and attended a child care professional course. I have experience with children of various age groups (from 0 to 12 years) thanks to an internship of a year at the kindergarten "Baby House". I also worked several times as babysitter and helped in after school activities. I'm a responsible person, punctual and very careful. I love to spend quality time with children doing fun and constructive activities, and last but not least, make them feel safe and happy. :)

| I am currently looking for full time/long term work as a nanny. I got qualified as a childcare professional in August of 2007. I got my first job Working as a nursery nurse in a private school setting for 3 years and during that time I ran 2 summer clubs, set up by myself and also set up the after school club from scratch. Helped out parents with school runs, I also have done some one to one with a child who had behavioural issues which was a challenge but loved every min if it.

| Growing up my parents ran a before and after school club/ nursery, I would help out and learn a lot and be very good with all of the children with various age ranges, from here I have always found it very enjoyable to work with children so I have always had babysitting/ nanny jobs, I have also been a voluntary teacher's assistant and have worked in a children's play centre. I'm aspiring to be an art/ occupational therapist specialising with children, to do so studying Fine Art followed by Art Therapy at university. I'm a very creative person, I have a lot of fun being creative with children and allowing them to express themselves this way. I am currently looking for part time work and would love to hear about any help you may need.

| Hi I'm ieaysha I have not got much in home experience but have worked at nurseries and have young family and friends that I look after for long periods of time. I don't have a car but am still happy to do after school runs. Love looking after children as they are fun and their imagination is wonderful. I probably don't have as much outside experience as others but I'm a fast learner and love a challenge.

Before working at a nursery I worked in a primary school as a voluntary TA, midday Supervisory assistant and also at after school club

| I was a nursery school teacher and foundation phase teacher for 9 years. I taught Maths, English, Reading, Scientific inquiry and creative arts. I was the swimming coach for the school and taught children and babies. I did private tutoring after school. I love working with children and helping them reach their full potentials and developmental milestones.

| I have babysat for friends and family, looking after children from the ages of 2-12. I supervised children’s play activities, keeping an accident rating of zero, cooked dinners when needed and often put the children to bed. As well as making sure the children were entertained and felt as secure with me as they did their parents, I minimised the parents cleaning duties by helping with light housekeeping duties around the house. I am now looking to expand. I have also volunteered at a local primary school to help out during their after school club. I supervised the children and lead activities, as well as helping when it came to dinner times.
