I am looking for 2x PAs who can cover 51 hours a week with flexibility. I need someone who can support me to live an independent life whilst living at home. I need help with daily tasks, personal care (hoisting, toileting, showering/washing, dressing, daily stretching, weekly swimming etc.), domestic tasks (meal + drink prep, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, cleaning ventilator, hoovering, ironing, making bed, cleaning room, wheelchair, shower seat etc.) socialising/going out (attending events, packing bag etc.), working from home and general support. Being able to drive a Motability vehicle (automatic) is essential for this role. I am looking for someone who can work a maximum of 36 hours a week and a minimum of 15 hours, with flexibility in the evenings and weekends. The rate of pay is £13.15 per hour. Working between 4 – 12 hours shifts: - Availability between 7:00 am – 20:00 pm - Availability\flexibility to work some evenings (Wed 18:30 – 11:30) and weekends (Sundays 17:00 – 21:00). 51 hours could be split as follows: • 1 PA working 36 hrs, 1 PA working 15 hrs • 1 PA working 25 hrs, 1 PA working 26 hrs • 1 PA working 35 hrs, 1 PA working 16 hrs Working patterns and start times can be flexible and agreed upon after discussion. Previous experience in manual handling is necessary. However, I am confident in being able to train you in how I like to be supported/assisted.
