Carston is very friendly and engaging with a great sense of humour, albeit with limited vocabulary. The role involves joining another carer for personal care to cover hoisting etc as well as support sessions with Carston in his work placement at a Garden Centre. The personal care is 8.00 - 9.00 am and 7.00 - 8.00 pm when required and the day sessions are 9.00 - 3.30.
