Role 1:
Hours: 160 hours/month, 24-hour shifts with sleep-in shifts
Position Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 PH.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team, providing one-to-one support in single-user homes. This role involves 24-hour shifts, with a sleep-in requirement (£60 sleep-in bonus provided).
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience: Proven experience in a similar support setting
Driving Licence: Required, as travel between locations may be necessary
Role 2:
Hours: 160 hours/month, 24-hour shifts with sleep-in shifts
Position Type: Permanent
Pay: £11.50 - £12.00
Role Overview:
We are seeking a committed and experienced Support Worker to join our team at a multi-bedded children’s residential home. The role involves providing high-quality care and support to children in a safe, nurturing environment, with 24-hour shifts and a sleep-in requirement (£60 sleep-in bonus provided).
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)
Experience: Prior experience working with children in a similar residential setting
Driving Licence: Required for potential travel between locations
