Hello, We are looking for a great cat sitter in Helston TR13 for help with general pet care tasks We have 2 neutered kittens who will be 8-9 months old in December when we are planning our holiday (24-31 December). They will require welfare checks, feeding, litter scooping and changing settings on the cat flap in the morning and evening, Food: Apollo and Hermes are eating wet food only, the food comes frozen and is kept in the freezer at the house. They will require half of the pouch in the morning and half of the pouch in the evening each. The food must be taken out of the freezer approx 12 hours before serving. There are cans with other wet food available at home just in case and they are both weaned to it. They will need water replaced in their bowls in the morning and in the evening as well. Litter boxes: We have 3 litter boxes at home and one outside in the summerhouse that they have constant access too. Although they are going out at day time they are coming back home to use the litter treys. If they will continue to do so litter boxes will need to be scooped in the morning and in the evening as their diet is very moisture rich and they pass a lot of urine. We will clean and replace litter in all boxes on 23rd December before leaving so there should not be need of doing it. We will leave plenty of clean litter just in case. Cat flap: We have a cat flap with microchip recognition. The cat flap will have to be changed to enter only in the evenings and leave and enter in the morning. They are used to coming back home when it's dark and they are whistle trained (when they feel like it). Emergency: The vet clinic is 5 minutes drive from our house and they have emergency vet available 24/7. We also have a 24/7 video calls and consultations via FirstVet app with unlimited number of consultations. Hi, I know this is short notice, but would really appreciate if someone could help. We need to go to Scotland and our normal sitter cannot help us this time round. The start date is flexible by a day or so. We require a sitter to come in twice per day to feed and let the cats out. Both Elsa and Chrissy are very sociable and eat standard wet and dry food, although Elsa being the elder does have medication once a day for arthritis. Many thanks, Shirley & Martin
