We are very new to the idea of someone else looking after our animals as they are our whole world, we have a nine year old tiny dog (3kg) and three between 20-32kg ages 2,5 and 7. We also have two housecats aged 17 weeks and 2 years. We have three goldfish who are pretty low maintenance! We are looking for someone who will love our animals as much as we do to give us the chance to go away occasionally. All our animals are very close- one dog is the ‘mother’ to the two cats- so sending the dogs to a kennel and the cats to a cattery would be really unsettling we think. We are mainly looking for someone who will be free to stay with the dogs in the evening and sleep overnight in the house, we have neighbours who can do daytime feeds and checkins, or if someone wanted to be based here full time while we went away we would be happy with that too. I am with the animals almost all the time now due to health issues and my other half Daniel is a mature student at Worcester Uni in his third year. We love to go camping with the dogs in West Wales and our most recent trip was a week with the dogs in Scotland. We already have a brilliant dog Walker so we are really looking for someone with their own transport who would be comfortable staying in our home- after we had got to know them- and they liked the animals, and the animals liked them of course!
