Job description Seeking a residential cleaner with potential to move to team lead, looking to hire immediately. Must have reliable means of transportation and own supplies. Looking for someone who is always on time and excited to work. This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Vacuum carpets and upholstery - Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens - Make beds and change linens - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels - Follow established safety procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment - Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to high standards Requirements: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques is a plus - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner Skills: - Carpet cleaning - Customer service - Custodial - Commercial cleaning - Hotel cleaning - Housekeeping management (preferred) - Floor care (e.g., waxing, buffing) - Residential cleaning (e.g., dusting, vacuuming) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
