Hello, my name is Mark aged 52. Over the years, having to deal with my health issues, I have come to the point that I need some help / support with my daily / weekly needs. For now I am still trying to do what I can but lately my energy levels have been getting worse. I do try to keep on top of things but at times, I maybe only active enough to do one thing and burn myself out. Some general cleaning and possibly another persons opinion on how to get things sorted more to make things a lot easier for myself. There maybe times if and when you arrive that little needs doing but payment will still be made regardless. (I value a persons time more than anything and appreciate it) I am thinking Wed or Thursdays in the afternoon works best for me. I would like to start with 2 hours each fortnight for the time being but if and when I get more organised this could be once a week for 1 hour.
