We need a responsible, punctual and organized housekeeper with experience in cleaning. Duties include services such as Bed changing, Refrigerator cleaning and Oven cleaning. Please respond if interested. We can't wait to hear from you!

To avoid wasting your time I'll put this up front. Friday at 12pm - 2pm is the only start time that works. Ideally 12pm, and the earlier the better. Sorry, but I can't be flexible on this. I need someone with a good level of spoken English. The only reason this matters is because my grandad has dementia and he struggles to understand heavy accents. Your interaction with him will be minimal but it just adds to his confusion when he can't communicate. I'm John (42), I moved in with my grandad to look after him and it's just us here. His dementia isn't so bad (he's not aggressive, argumentative or anything), he's very friendly. I'll be here most days when you are but I leave him alone all the time and he's fine. You won't have to look after him, I promise! 3-bedroom semi to give you an idea of the footprint, but only the master bedroom needs cleaning regularly, with very occasional, very light cleaning in the box/spare room (4 minute job). Bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting - three hours isn't long to do the whole house but I'll let you know on the day where you can cut corners so you have time to do it all. What I mean is some areas need to be to a really high standard (I'm only fussy about the bathroom, particularly the tiles in the shower) but I'm not unreasonable and I don't expect the same standard in every room in three hours. I'll provide cleaning materials. If anything runs low, anything missing that you need, any cheap stuff you want replaced with a preferred brand - let me know.
