Weekly responsibilities include services such as: cleaning surfaces, loading/unloading the dishwasher, mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms, laundry and ironing. General Duties: Clean and prepare properties to the PureStay standard. Ensure high levels of cleanliness and presentation through regular checks. Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms and replenish supplies. Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in common areas like hallways and lobbies. Assist in seasonal work, including spring cleaning and post-maintenance reinstatement. Report maintenance or repair needs promptly through the online portal. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Adhere to company policies and regulations. Housekeeping: Conduct periodic checks of serviced accommodation inventories. Manage and monitor housekeeping stocks. Maintain high standards of tidiness and appropriate stock levels in storerooms. Qualifications/Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential. COSHH training certificate is an advantage. Requirements: Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Hard-working, reliable, a good time-keeper, and trustworthy with the ability to use your own initiative. Attributes: Professionalism and a customer-focused attitude. Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to tasks. Adaptability to changing circumstances. Schedule: 2-5 hours per shift, typically between 10:00 and 15:00.
