Overview: PureStay is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Spot Checker to provide ad-hoc local support for one of our Airbnb-style properties. This role is for a person that lives very close BN3 4GJ or can get to this area of Hove within 10 minutes. The ideal candidate will ensure our property remains in top condition for our guests by performing the following tasks: - Cleanliness Check: Report on the cleanliness of the property. - Bathroom Inspection: Check for black spots or mould in silicone areas. - Meter Readings: Gather and report any necessary meter readings. - Wifi Verification: Ensure the Wifi is functioning properly. - TV Check: Verify that the TV is connected and has usable channels. - Consumables Management: Top up consumables and spares as needed. - Inventory Check: Maintain and top up inventory and spares. - Waste Management: Manage waste bins and ensure they are properly handled. - Shopping: Purchase any necessary consumable items. - Delivery Handling: Accept and manage deliveries. - Reactive Support: Be available to address any immediate issues. - Reporting: Use our in-house app to report the condition of the property, including taking photos and videos. Characteristics: - Leadership: Ability to take charge and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. - Ownership: Take responsibility for the property and its condition. - Discipline: Maintain high standards and follow procedures. - Organisation: Keep track of tasks and manage time effectively. - Efficiency: Complete tasks quickly without compromising on quality.
