Hi there, I am looking for several housekeeping services on a regular basis.
1. I require a cleaner for 2 or 3 hours a week depending on assessment of what is included and appropriate time that it will take.
2. A gardener who can do a tidying before the really bad weather sets in, and monthly maintenance when appropriate from then on.
3. A handyperson to move some furniture around, assemble some flat pack, and dispose of old furniture it possible. Regular maintenance and odd jobs would then be required such as hanging new doors, replacing skirting etc. Basic decorating work would also be available if you feel you could do that as well.
4. Monthly window cleaner
Happy to have someone for individual jobs or someone who can do multiple jobs required.
Will be in a smokers house, obviously not smoking when you are there and also a house cat.
These jobs will be working for a disabled woman with mental health problems so some experience working around or for vulnerable adults would be advantageous but not essential, as these are not care jobs you just need to be aware and comfortable with this.
A reference is preferable where possible, but enthusiasm and confidence in your work is more highly valued
