I'm a 32 year old male, that's recently had spinal surgery, so for the next month or so I just need someone for an hour a week to do things that I can't reach, e.g. empty the washing machine (I can load it but can't hang it), some dishes, give the floor a once over, check the bathroom. It's a very small flat so an hour should be enough, but obviously if some days it takes longer then of course you'll be paid for your time. I will be here as I can't leave the flat much for the next few months. I have all my own cleaning equipment, cordless hoover, steam mop etc.

I have arthritis and require additional help around my flat.
I need someone who can clean 2 bathrooms, one bedroom, living room and kitchen but would also help with changing the cat litter, taking out the bins, changing the bed linen, emptying the dishwasher and doing laundry. My hands are greatly impacted and I struggle with these things. If you are so someone who can also help declutter and organise that would be helpful as my bedroom is currently an adhd mess and I really struggle with this too.
