Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate home cleaner to help maintain a clean and tidy household for a family of four. The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges of maintaining a home with children and be sensitive to specific needs related to disabilities. Key Responsibilities: General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors throughout the home. Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down surfaces, cleaning countertops and appliances, and ensuring a sanitary environment. Bathroom Maintenance: Regularly disinfecting toilets, sinks, and floors, especially addressing areas prone to spills or accidents. Laundry Assistance: Folding and putting away clothes, as well as organizing children’s clothing. Daily Floor Cleaning: Spot cleaning and mopping areas where children may have accidents to maintain hygiene and reduce odors. Organizing Tasks: Assisting with organizing children’s toys and decluttering as needed. Communication: Effectively communicate any specific needs or concerns related to cleaning tasks. Requirements: Experience in cleaning homes, preferably with families or individuals with special needs. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning. Ability to handle cleaning products safely and effectively. Compassionate and understanding attitude, particularly towards children’s needs. Reliability and punctuality are a must. We are looking for a cleaner to help with our home. We are a disabled and neurodiverse household and need the extra help keeping on top of jobs. This includes, dusting, window cleaning, cleaning cabinets, oven and refrigerator cleaning, general cleaning within the home. Hello, I own an rental home in Blackpool FY4 and I am looking for someone to turnover the property when guests come and go. Occupancy rates are currently sporadic.
