Hello! My name is Cami - my partner and I have two children - A aged 3.5 yrs and S aged 9 months. My partner works M-F from 12-8pm. I’m struggling to take care of both children after nursery and cook for the family. Ideally, we would like someone who could help take care of the children from 4-8pm while I cook dinner or tend to their needs. We would also like someone who can help with baths and putting the children to bed as needed. Lastly, on Saturdays, my spouse and I both have morning commitments from 9-12 that we would like to attend. About A - she is being evaluated for autism and/or ADHD so someone who has some understanding on neurodivergence is a plus. (My partner is also AuDHD) A does well at nursery/socially but can have challenges at home. About you - looking for someone who isn’t daunted by neurodivergence. Someone who is able to anticipate household/childrens needs is helpful. If occasionally light housework (picking up toys for ex.) is needed or cooking/microwaving you wouldn’t be put off by that. Speaking another language is a plus but NOT necessary. We would love to expose our children to learning other languages. Overall, someone who is warm and engaging. Our children respond well to humour and smiles so a warm manner is very important!
