Weekend carer needed (2 hours each day 3.30-5.30pm)

We are looking for someone to look after our mother-in-law on Saturday and Sunday every week, roles to include distribution of medication and to keep her company for 2 hours each day, plus warm up home made meal.
We have care on Monday-Friday and all meals will have been prepared.
We are looking for a kind, fun person to keep her company and to stimulate her mind. She has a great sense of humour. She has a cat that she loves so must be an animal lover too.

I'm looking for 1. daily care and 2. occasional respite time for me
Care Help 1. daily personal care for my husband - looking for someone to get him up in the morning, wash/dress/ sometimes do a shower, on as many mornings in the week as you can offer. Wanting someone please to come in daily for 45 minutes or an hour sometime around 7.30/8am
Care Help 2. some blocks of time for someone to be with my husband so I can go out eg 2/3 hours a week in the evening or every other week

We are in need of care for an elderly lady (80) who has late stage Parkinson's. She has limited mobility, so needs help (with OT supplied equipment) in and out of chairs, bed and toilet. We're in Shrewsbury SY3, Bayston Hill area. We already have a care service who are proving somewhat unreliable, so consistency and reliability are important.
