Twice daily care for my 90 yr old dad who has dementia and incontinence issues. Tasks include: Get dad up, Change pad, Wash him, shave him, clean teeth, breakfast, give him meds. Maybe additional tasks of washing up/ cleaning/ hoovering & shopping etc. Require same person, same time every day. Need someone we can get to know, trust & feel comfortable with.
