We are looking for a carer for my mother and father-in- law who live next door to me in Husbands Bosworth. My mother-in-law has dementia and needs support, especially in the afternoon and evenings, while my father in law is coming out of the hospital and he will also need some help around the house, but he is fully cognitive. Duties to include giving medicine, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and companionship. I do think some overnights will also be necessary, and it is good if you have worked with people with dementia. We will need someone a minimum of 20 hours per week, but this may increase. We are open on the number of hours and days. As there is no public transport where we live, it will be helpful if you have your own car. Is this something you would be interested in?
