Hello! Here's what we are looking for: a responsible, reliable, and hard-working elderly care provider with a few years experience who lives near Hornsea. Looking for someone who can help with Housekeeping. Please apply if you think you'd be a good match for our family.

My father is 84 and currently cares for my mum whom has vascular dementia. Myself and my brother (whom both live away) help support my dad as much as feasibly possible to ensure my mum can stay living at home rather than be relocated to a care home. Given mum's condition is gradually declining, dad is now finding it difficult to cope, and as such requires some additional help with mum/day to day tasks. Mum has difficulty with communication sometimes and also requires assistance for day to day things such as mobility, toilet needs, dressing etc. She needs some stimulation to try to keep her mentally and physically engaged. We can provided support usually on Monday, Tuesdays however dad could do with some extra help through the week. One day to start with (to see how things go) and then possibly an increase to 2/3 days. Must have relevant experience and references. Good rate of pay for suitable candidate
