Carer needed (1 day per week with opportunity for 3+ days from Spring 2025)

I'm looking for a carer for my husband (37) who has very severe ME. He is fully bedbound at the moment and requires full-time care.
We have a carer at the moment who will unfortunately be leaving us in Spring 2025. I'm therefore looking for a new carer who could help us one day per week at the moment (usually 8:30am to 15:30pm) - and then take over from our main carer when she leaves us next year. Our main carer currently provides at least three days per week care (8:30 to 15:30) but we work on a flexible basis - so sometimes she does longer hours some days or extra days when needed.
Caring for very severe ME is very specialised. Our current carer would be able to provide training but we are looking for one person to take on this role (i.e. rather than multiple different carers) so that we have someone new who is able to learn from her and become familiar with how to best look after my husband, then take over when she leaves next year.
The role includes personal care, providing food/medication, helping with general needs - as well as general cleaning and help around the house.
£90 - £1157 Hr. / Week
