My 79 year old Grandma was admitted to hospital last week and as she lives alone, they advised 2 weeks of respite so she is currently in a dementia care home and feeling very upset, I want to get her back home but need something in place to ensure she is doing okay whilst she recovers. Very flexible on the time you would visit each day, it’s just a check in!
