Hi, we live in Windermere LA23 and need someone to take care of our little boy who is 4 months old (d.o.b 1st september 2021). Me and my partner run a pub so work shifts and some days we dont leave till 5pm and home at 10pm other days leave 9am home by 6pm or could be 10pm ( we make our own rota so can be flexible) on occasion it may be towards midnight we both get home but plenty of notice would be given as it is very rare for both of us needed. We are currently enrolling our son into nursery so we could share his care with them and yourself but would prefer routine and him to build a relationship with just one person if possible. We need an experienced and responsible childminder who we can trust and welcome like a family member. We also have a nearly 14 year old boy who comes and goes as he likes but doesn't need any cares as he is capable of looking after himself and a labrador who will want snuggles on the sofa.
