I am looking for caring qualified/registered child minder to pick up my 3 year old from nursery twice a week for 4 hours each time.

Need a carer to look after our child. Ideally you would have a few years of experience, references and live near Wednesbury WS10. Due to my job as an assistant manager, and my partners 8-4 job, hours/days we need childcare for may vary. One day i could start at 8am the next 3pm etc so due to this we need some one who is flexible with drop offs and time needed. I'm hoping to get set days in place for needing childcare but these may vary from time to time. Our little boy has unilateral hearing loss, which means he is profoundly deaf in his one ear. This, at the moment doesn't cause him any issues but its something that we need to bear in mind when finding someone to look after him. As he needs extra attention when it comes to talking and learning. He will also be learning sign language as he gets a bit older as his hearing loss may progress, so anyone with experience in this would be a majorly appreciated. Hes such a happy little boy, always smiling. He loves music and due to his hearing loss we would like to encourage this as much as possible. He's also a huge fan of Fireman Sam even at his young age!. But as his parents we want someone who will help him experience and learn, visit different environments, get creative and gain new confidence. We just want him to be with someone who is fun and who will keep him occupied and entertained.
