Experienced Babysitter for 3 children - 12 years, 3 years and 6 months

We are looking for a babysitter for our 3 kids. The children are 12 years, 3 years and 6 months. You will need to be comfortable with making dinner and changing diapers. We also have a dog, but he stays outside in the backyard. We need someone fun, responsible energetic for occasional nights out.
