Childcare Jobs in Sully

I travel to London once a fortnight and will be gone from 4pm in the afternoon until 11am the following morning and require someone to look after my 6 month old baby. He is breastfed but does take a bottle. Apart from once a fortnight he is with the me the majority of the time, therefore he will want lots of extra reassurance and my want to be cuddled quite a bit initially and may cry. I do not believe in leaving a young baby to cry it out or controlled crying, and me leaving my son will be stressful enough for him as it is, without someone leaving him to cry and not comforting him so if this is not something you agree with please do not respond to my post. He is by no means spoilt, he has an activity centre, bouncer and walker than he is happy to go in, as well as happy to roll about on the floor, so don't expect him to be in your arms constantly. I wouldn't be able to function myself if this was the case. I kno when he is with me he hardly cries and is a very happy and outwardly social child but I cannot predict how he is when I leave him. My friend who has him has no issues with him, but as she has had surgery she is no longer able to have him for me. I do have plans to return back to work at least once a week and it will be for long hours so there will be more hours available in the near future but I cannot say when for definite, but it will be within six months I should imagine. I would prefer the care to take place at mine. I have broadband, sky, prime and Netflix, happy too get you in snacks of your choice. All the things that will make your life easier are here such as his activity centre, walker etc and also my friend is a few streets away so if there are any issues she can come and help you, which I would rather than my son getting distressed. The day I requires will be on a Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and I will not require someone on weekends fortnightly although maybe the odd occasional evening on a Saturday. I have previously posted but am posting again with more details.
