URGENT!! IMMEDIATE START!!! Childcare needed for wrap around - before school from 7.00 then drop off at school and pick up from school after till about 6pm. Occasional sleepovers needed too. Myself and my partner run a small business which often means travel away from home along with irregular hours i.e. some weeks 30+ hours and sleepover allowance, other weeks very few hours/none. As hours are irregular we will offer the right person a retainer (after probation) + an hourly rate + a sleepover allowance. So we are looking for someone super flexible - all terms I’ve mentioned are very negotiable but essentially we aim to give you a base income then OTE hours on top to secure your availability to our irregular schedule. Ideally you will be someone who is kind, caring and patient and someone can give my two boys a homely, warm, relaxed experience whilst they are in your care. We are looking for a reliable nanny to provide childcare for 2 children. You should be experienced. I'm looking for before and after school care every Thursday and then it would be up to 2 days in the week as I'll be working shifts. Each week will be different so I'm needing flexibility with childcare. This will be for about 8-10 weeks and then I'm hooping it will go onto 3 set days. Thank you for considering our family.
