We are looking for primarily a nanny/housekeeper/family assistant in CV36 who can come Mon-Fri approx 2.30pm-6.30pm. Hourly rate will start at 15/hr. We have boy/girl twins aged 4 in Reception and a 7 year old boy in Year 2. Responsibilities may vary but we will need help with some school pick ups, laundry, light cleaning, dinner and occasional help with bath and bedtime. One parent would be present a lot of the time, we just really need another pair of hands on deck! We are looking for a Hands-On nanny/Housekeeper/Mother's Helper who embodies common sense, is in tune with the household dynamics, informal yet professional, flexible in approach, and has boundless energy. You will be required 4 days a week and one of these days must be a Friday. The hours will be 40 hours per week from 8am to 6pm on the four days. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic family environment, where you can actively contribute to the well-being and smooth running of the household while working closely with a hands-on mother. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the mother to provide attentive care for the 2 children. Boys aged 5 and 2 - Engage the children in educational and recreational activities - Assist with mealtime routines - Maintain a nurturing and safe environment for the children. - Housekeeping duties (e.g., tidying up, cleaning, polishing, dishes, laundry and other such housekeeping duties) - School runs and running errands You must: - Be intuitive and attuned to the needs of the family. - Use your common sense to adapt to different situations. - Show empathy and emotional intelligence in interactions. - Be open to changing schedules and tasks as the needs of the household evolve. - Accommodate occasional evening babysitting and maybe some weekend assistance - Step in to assist with unexpected situations or tasks - Create an active and stimulating environment for the children. - Encourage outdoor play and physical activities. - Keep the children engaged and entertained. Requirements: - Previous childcare experience - Strong common sense and the ability to adapt to various situations - Excellent communication skills and the ability to “read the room” - Flexibility with schedules and tasks - High energy levels and enthusiasm for childcare and the outdoors - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. - First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Full-time, Flexible, Permanent Salary: £34,000.00-£37,500.00 per hour
