Hi, I’m a mum of 2, a daughter who is 8 and a son who is almost 2. I have been offered a job working 9-5:15 Monday-Wednesday. I need someone to be with predominantly my son during the day from 8:30-5:30. I can drop my daughter at school on the way to work but my son needs looking after. My daughter will need collecting from school on a Tuesday and Wednesday as well. My husband gets home from work at 3 on a Monday so that day is shorter but Tuesday and Wednesday would be full days. My son takes a while to warm to people so I think a nanny over a nursery is the better option for him.
