Nanny Jobs in Ipswich

Dear all We’re looking for a wraparound nanny to look after our daughter, I, after she finishes at nursery each day. We would need someone from 4pm or 5pm (we can be flexible on pick up time) - c.7pm, Monday to Thursday. You would pick Iris up from nursery (Lavenham) at 4pm/5pm, drive her home (Monks Eleigh), prepare and give her dinner and tidy up afterwards and then give her a bath and get her ready for bed. My partner (D) or I will then take over and put her to bed (we usually tag in at around 6:45 / 7:00 pm). We are relocating from London, so we are not sure what our exact routine will be going forwards, but I will work from home 4 days a week so will usually be around when you bring Iris home (though I will be shut away in my office, so as not to interfere!). On the one day a week I go into the office I am going to try and be home for Iris' bedtime, but it may be that the journey is just too long to make that feasible (we will both still be working in London), so we may also need you to put Iris to bed one night a week. My partner and I often work very long hours, so there may be the odd occasion (I think this has only happened once in the last 18 months) that we would ask you to stay a little bit later to help us out. We would always give as much notice as possible, and of course it would be subject to your availability, but the ability and willingness to be flexible is key for us. We don’t get out much, but if you're ever keen to do any babysitting into the evening (weekday or weekend), we would also gladly take you up on that! I will be 3 in January. She loves reading and imaginative play, is incredibly talkative, funny, boisterous and loving and is a pretty good eater, so hopefully it would be a pleasant job! We would like to welcome someone as part of the family and give I stability, so this job posting is for a permanent position (ideally minimum of a year).
