Hello, we are expecting our first baby in February. We both work from home so will be home much of the time but due to the nature of our jobs we will need childcare in our home on three mornings and one afternoon per week. Typical infant care (feeding, changing, putting to sleep, playing). Additionally, my husband works away 3-4 days per month and we may require 1-2 late night shifts on occasion (until midnight) due to my work hours.
