Seeking a Friendly and Engaging Babysitter for Our Curious 17-Month-Old Son in Edinburgh. Hello! We are a friendly family currently seeking a caring and attentive babysitter for our 17-month-old son. My husband and I are both devoted students; I am a doctoral candidate, and he is completing his master's degree. As we are immersed in writing our theses, we need someone who can provide engaging care for our active and curious little boy. Details about the role: 5 days a week-ONLY Week Days! Hours: 4-5 hours a day, 20-25 hours a week. It's not a live-in position! Starting at 9 am and finishing maximum at 2 or 3 pm Part-time availability: Starting 9 am- until 2pm or starting 2pm -7pm (times can be adjusted) Location: Our home in Edinburgh. You will be watching him while we work in another room. Responsibilities: Your primary role will be to play with and engage our son. He is quick to learn and loves exploring new things. Language: We communicate with him in both Russian and English, so proficiency in either language would be great. Nap Time: He generally naps from 12-1 PM Meal Preparation: His meals will be prepared in advance; your focus will be on supervision and engagement, and feed him at certain times.
