We are a family of four in Lisvane looking for an after-school nanny for our two lovely girls (4 and 6). My husband and I both work full time.
Normally we will need someone every weekday after school for c. 2-3 hours a day (pickup is at 320pm). I appreciate as this is a part-time role you may have other commitments, so there can be some flexibility around days and times for the right person.
We are looking for someone kind, friendly, reliable and outgoing. Previous experience is a bonus. Duties will include:
- pick up from school (walking distance from house)
- organise indoor and outdoor activities
- prepare tea
- possibly take to after school activities e.g. ballet
In early September there will be the opportunity for extra hours as there are several inset days and then also the youngest will start reception in a phased way. There will also be opportunity for extra hours during school holidays, if you are available.
As we have a dog, you should be comfortable with animals (she is elderly and sweet natured, but you won’t have any duties in relation to her as I work from home).

We are looking for a nanny to look after our two children (2 and 4) for 40 hours a week until September 2018, when our youngest child will begin nursery school.
We are looking for someone to provide a stimulating, active and caring environment for our children, taking them to local activities and groups as well as doing arts and crafts, music and games at home.
Our 4 year old daughter attends the local primary school, so duties in relation to her will involve school drop off and pick up (a short walk) as well as some after school activities. During school hours, we would like you to take our 2 year old son to a range of play groups and activities.
Ideally, we would like you to have your own vehicle, or at the least, a driving licence. We will also require an up-to-date DBS check. CSSIW/Ofsted registration would be an advantage.
