Permanent Live-Out Nanny (Open to Live-in) Hi there! We have a fun, silly & creative family. Our son is 5, daughter is 2.5 and we have two wonderful furry children, so you need to be dog friendly. We can be a handful, but we are kind, fair and respect boundaries. We hope to find someone responsible who can be all this to us, to help make our children’s days’ bright, safe and happy! Is this you? Start: Jan 3rd or thereabouts, 2022 Hours: 32.5 hours/ week, 11.30-18.00 Mon to Fri. The contract is for 30+ hours/week and subject to schedule change when our daughter starts nursery from mid 2023 (still 30+/week but may change roster depending on if she is offered morning or afternoon nursery). Duties: Daily pick-ups, cooking dinner and helping prepare them for bed, dishes, laundry and tidying related to the children. No car needed. We would be very interested in someone who can do additional hours when needed (school holidays etc). This is ideal, but not expected and would be agreed in advance. *About the DATES* January - February (6-7 weeks). Full hours offered worked. *optional* Late February to late March (5 weeks). We are away and want someone to undertake housesitting for us (live-in) to care for our two dogs. We would offer good terms for the role/hours, considering it is 7 days/week and would not require constant hours, just what is needed to ensure the welfare of the dogs. If this wasn't to your liking, we would offer you a 50% retainer for this 5 weeks while we have someone else housesit for us. From April it would be an ongoing permanent role, minimum 30 hours/week. Pay: PAYE per hour negotiable depending on experience. Holiday Leave is accrued at 8.3% or one week for every 12 worked, for all hour hours worked. Terms: You must be: Fluent in English, hold current UK passport or full legal right to work, have 2 good recent referees, Hold current DBS (or allow us to apply for one for you), be in good health and a non-smoker. We will expect the right applicant to have at least 2 years or more experience as a Nanny and would prefer someone with a basic paediatric first air certificate or higher.
