Hello, we are looking for a PT nanny to help with our three boys ages 9,7,5. Initially the hours would be Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 4-7pm (Monday is optional), with a 7-11pm (ish) shift once a month. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and will proactively engage with them through age-appropriate games - a self-starter who is loads of fun, patient, kind with a 'firm but fair' approach to discipline. We need the extra pair of hands to help with the post-school juggle of homework, dinner etc, so need someone who is willing to get stuck in and use initiative. We do have two dogs so animal lovers only please, and no-smokers. Please note we have no family support in the area so are looking for a long-term arrangement with the right person, so please don't apply if you are leaving soon or changing career. We are looking for a local nanny who would like to help us look after our child. It may only be one morning a week or 1 morning one week and 2 the next (alternate weeks). We need someone pretty flexible as it won’t necessarily be the same day each week and may on rare occasions include part of the afternoon (we will work with each other on this to suit us both). Ideally an 08.30-12.30 day but again we can work with you on this. I may be at home using the time for cooking or may go out and about. Experience and references are necessary.
