I am a single mum of three children (7, 4 & 2) My train to work is at 7.40 and returns 5.25. Ideally I need someone 7.30 - 5.30 mon-fri. Although there is a degree of flexibility with this. I plan to take the younger two out of private nursery and put the 4yr old into school nursery. The eldest will go to after school club on a Friday. I need you to be self employed and registered so I can still claim for some help towards childcare costs. I am happy to help you arrange this. I would like someone who is fun, energetic and enthusiastic. I want the kids to have lots of fun and exercise and interaction with other children. I would expect you to take them to playgroups, classes, days out, swimming, bike riding, walks, etc... I would like some education to take place, reading, learning, arts, crafts, etc... I don't want them watching TV all day long. I would like the eldest to have homework done after school each day. In the house I would be looking for light housework to be done for the children: keeping their rooms tidy (teaching them to help) making/changing their beds Doing kids laundry making sure house is in same condition as when I left I will sometimes leave dinner out and ask you to put it on to heat - however, I would not be expecting you to be the housekeeper - it's really just helping me, so that when I get home from work, I can actually spend time with the kids. I May look for help one night a week to allow me to go swimming - but would balance this off with a late start another day or extra pay. There would perhaps be adhoc weekends if I have something on, that would be arranged with extra payment. Holidays would be 25 days a year, with minimum of 7 days off over xmas and new year and 1 week in the summer. With other days as agreed throughout the year. I am looking to pay a salary of around £15,500 with a cash bonus paid at christmas, or £16,000 flat. Ideally you would have a few years of experience & references.
