Hi I am looking for childcare for my three boys aged 5,9 and 11 in Lossiemouth ,Moray. This is on a flexible basis of roughly 50 hours a month paid as a salary for stability for yourself, care is mainly required on a 2 week rotation of 1 week 7.30-9 and one week 2.30 pm- 5 pm Monday to Friday. Occasionally I require weekend babysitting care but this is not a requirement as it is not often. I pay fairly and believe I am a good fair employer. please message me if you are interested.

We live in Lossiemouth IV31 and need help looking after 3 children. We are looking for a reliable and experienced carer to help us out. The childcare would differ from week to week so I need someone who is flexible. Myself and my husband both work shifts so it would be one week 2-5 and the following week would be all day Tuesday 8-5 I would pay by the hour and you would always know what your doing at least a week in advance. My boys are 2 so he is at home, anohter son is in p2 and finishes school at 2.30 everyday and another son who is 8 and finishes school at 3 they would need picking up from school and walking home. I'm happy for you to go to the park or somewhere after school. The only time this routine would change would be if my husband went away with work which is every now and then. I always know plenty in advance then I would need you to cover my shifts which are 7-3 one week, then 3-11pm the next week. As I said I'd pay you by the hour either weekly fortnightly or monthly, but this is part time. I will pay a weekly retainer so that you would always take home something! I would require references. Day to day I would like the two eldest taken to/from school. I do not expect housework to be done and I expect my two year old to be entertained. I also have two small dogs so it is important to me that you are happy around animals.
