I am looking for someone who would be flexible and able to accommodate the hours I need with 6 weeks notice when I am given my placement shifts. I have two girls, who will be aged 1 and 2 when I intend on hiring a nanny. I would never need a nanny outside of the hours 7-5 Mon-Fri as my partner works 8-4. It would be great if you have a few years of experience and references. I'm very excited to find the right match. I am also looking for someone who is committed to helping us with this for 2 years as my oldest will be in school for my third year and will probably then send my youngest into preschool.
