Looking for an experienced childminder to entertain our 2 year old boy for 2 afternoons a week for 3 hours each. I’m a stay at home mum with a 2 year old and newborn twins so need extra support at the moment. Must enjoy the outdoors and spend lots of time outside. Must have a good understanding of attachment based care & have a gentle approach. The individual must align with our family values & understand our Montessori-type approach to parenting. We are looking for a reliable, patient and imaginative nanny who likes to play games and use their imagination. We have a (soon to be) 6 year old daughter and a 4 year old son and should be moving to Abermule end of January. We are looking for someone to look after mainly our son until he starts school in September (and our daughter after school). After our son starts school we would appreciate that person staying on to do afternoons with them after school (this would be down to the nanny though if it’s something they would be keen on). Both are autistic and so struggle a bit with speech and communication, but are also sweet and give great hugs! Our son loves cars, books, puzzles, colouring in, playing with his trains/Playmobil etc. he does enjoy playing pretend with his current nanny, so a good imagination is a big plus! We can be flexible on times, if you could let us know what your preferences are. Thank you!
