We would love another pair of hands to help put our boy back to bed in the night when we are working on our own projects or trying to catch up on sleep. The perfect person would be confident and soothing with a natural ability to create a sense of security. We know things take time so we feel someone who is determined and experienced in soothing little children would be best suited.
