Mother’s help needed for outgoing, cheerful and busy family with 4 children, 9year old and 6year old boys and 3yo twin girls Some flexibility on days and hours for the right person but ideal would be 15.00-19.00 Mon-Fri and additional babysitting often available We’re looking for someone who is happy to "muck in" with busy family life. My husband is out of the house for long hours and I run my own communications business from home. Experience with children is an advantage but not required, but a mature outlook and the ability to work on their own initiative. Paediatric first aid and basic food hygiene certificates are beneficial but training can be arranged. This is a great opportunity for someone cheerful, capable and flexible to gain experience if required. This role is likely to adapt to the person we employ (this has happened previously, to great effect) . Duties to include: school /preschool pick ups as well as assistance with routine childcare and household tasks. Childcare duties to include: playing/ helping with learning of the children, crafts, baking and similar. Household duties to include: putting away laundry, tidying, bed making, cooking, shopping, general errands, but no heavy cleaning or ironing as both are done separately. Necessary qualities are enthusiasm, common sense and reliability. Own car will be needed as rural location. Ideally we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Someone who can babysit on an evening would also be an advantage. Initial hours Monday~Friday 3-7pm with a potential to extend. Salary according to experience.
