We require an after school nanny during term time and a holiday nanny when the schools are off for our four children aged between 6-14. Two days a week, set hours with the opportunity for additional hours in the evening or at the weekend. You will not be required to work any of the 11.5 bank holidays recognised in Scotland. Our two eldest children just require transport and a responsible adult present for emergencies, they are very self sufficient. Main care will be given to our two younger children. Typical term day would include collecting children from school, attending park for a short will (weather permitting), transport home, provide snacks, sort school bags, help with homework, attend clubs if required, prepare dinner, light housework and chores to keep the house presentable. Typical holiday day would be getting the children up and ready for the day, prepare breakfast and snacks for the day, organise play / crafts / trips / games / learning, prepare lunch, light housework and chores to keep the house presentable, prepare dinner. It is unlikely we will normally require care past 6pm, however if this is requested, you will be required to assist with younger children's bathing and bedtime. Due to rural location, school pick up and day trips required, we require a nanny who has their own vehicle and insurance for work use.
