Hello! I'm Amita , a PhD student at UQTR in Cell and Molecular Biology. I hold an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from IIT Roorkee and have extensive research experience as a virologist and scientist. I am a native Hindi speaker, fluent in English, currently learning French, and have some knowledge of Sanskrit.
My academic journey includes majors in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry during my graduation, and Biotechnology for M.Sc.. In India, I've cleared competitive national-level exams, including NEET, NET JRF, GATE, and IIT JAM.
Teaching and mentoring are close to my heart. I thrive on helping students grasp complex concepts and fostering academic growth. I have tutoring experience in all these subjects and am known for being friendly and excellent at explaining things with relatable real-life examples, making it easier for students to connect with the material.
